Different secret service agencies gain 80% secret information about their targets through media but the remaining 20% information are accessed by espionage appliances, human spy and spy animals. The remaining 20% secret information is actually the most secret intelligence and most wanted info about the targets. For this purpose, the intelligence services use different electronic espionage devices and human spy. But beside this type of intelligence, many animals were also used for espionage purposes which were exposed or caught or even eaten by the hostile agencies. However some spy animals have accomplished their mission successfully. Chinese officials recently claimed that the have implanted electrodes in to the bird's brain in order to fly them like remote controlled plain and definitely this will use for espionage purposes. 1. Vulture spying Caught in Sudan
In 2011, a vulture fitted with GPS tracker caught and detained in the western Sudan. According to the Sudanese official, the vulture was spying for the Israeli intelligence Mossad. This unbelievable agent of Mossad was carrying out surveillance for the Israeli security service. According to the Sudanese official, the vulture was flown from the the Tel Aviv with GPS tracker fitted with it.
2. Pigeon Captured in India
In May 28, 2010, a pigeon was caught by an Indian citizen in the Punjab province of India. He took the pigeon to the police station. After inspecting the pigeon, the Indian official believed that the spy pigeon was flown from Pakistan and was on "special spy mission". The pigeon had a ring around its foot, a phone number from Pakistan and an address stamped on its body with red ink.
3. 14 squirrels apprehended by Iranian officials.
In July 2007, Iranian army has "arrested" 14 squirrels equipped with espionage devices. These squirrels were caught from a spot near to Iranian uranium enrichment plant. The squirrels were highly trained for espionage and suspected for British intelligence connections. The Iranian news paper Risalat reported this news on July 10, 2007.
4. Another spying vulture captured in Saudi Arabia
In January 2011, the KSA officials captured a griffon vulture with GPS tracker and a strange transmitter attached with its body, from a desert. The official believed that the spy vulture is flown from the Tal Aviv and was a special mission of espionage. The Israel rejected this allegation. After 6 days, the Saudis officials declared the vulture innocent.
5. Spying stork caught in Egypt
In August 2013, a stork captured by police after an Egyptian citizen noticed an electric device on his body. The Egyptian officials believed that the stork was involved in espionage. The event was taken place in the Qena province of Egypt. Later on, the stork was eaten.
6. The first spy animal
In 1908, a German engineer fitted a camera with the body of a pigeon to take some aerial pictures. The German military intelligence officials were inspired by the engineer and recruited his services for the German intelligence.
7. The attack of Sharks
In 2010, a spate of Sharks attacked on tourists at the tourist destination of Sharm El-Shaikh near the red sea. The Egypt considered Israel responsible for the this incident. According to the Egyptian officials, the sharks were remote controlled by Israeli Intelligence services in order to malign the Sharm Al-Shaikh tourist destination.
8. Another spy Pigeons
In October 2008, the Iranian authorities claimed that they found two 'spy' pigeon fitted with a camera, near to a controversial uranium enrichment power plant. The Iranian official did not reveal the status of the pigeons. This report was published in Iranian news paper Etemad Milli.
8. Espionage experiment on Cat by CIA
In the decade of 1960, the CIA experimented on a cat, they implanted microphones in ear and a small radio transmitter in the skull. This was Operation Acoustic Kitty. This was planned to spy on the foreign officials.
10. CIA's Chicken Spy
After tracing out the house of Usama Bin Laden in Abbottabad, Pakistan. But before committing an operation, the CIA sent a chicken fitted with hidden cameras and other espionage devices to confirm the existence of Usama Bin Laden in the house.
